Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable, however if you need to cancel with at least 12 hours’ notice, you’re welcome to transfer to another class. By joining, you agree to listen to your body and take responsibility for your own wellbeing. Please arrive on time and feel free to share any injuries or concerns so I can support you during the class.
