
Yoga Flow with Jo offers welcoming, inclusive yoga classes in Quinns Rocks and Perth’s northern suburbs. Classes focus on gentle flow, mobility, balance, breathwork and relaxation, suitable for beginners and all levels. Jo creates a supportive environment where participants can build strength, improve flexibility and enjoy movement at their own pace.

My community yoga class is a space where everyone feels welcome — no matter your age, experience, or stage of life. With a focus on “yoga for all ages and stages,” these sessions offer a supportive and relaxed environment to move your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
Each class includes a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful rest, with options to suit beginners through to more experienced yogis. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, you’ll be guided in a way that feels accessible, nourishing, and empowering.
